Eastside Baptist Church

We are a congregation that loves God and believes the Holy Bible in all its instructions and revelations, believing that the Holy Bible is the infallible and  inerrant word of God.    We believe in the Baptist Faith and Message.   We sing traditional hymns from the Baptist Hymnal and Heavenly Highways Hymnal and we welcome all visitors to come and be a part of our worship.  We  partake of the Lord's Supper every quarter and invite you to join if you are a christian.  The two ordinances that we believe in is Baptism and The Lord's Supper (Communion).  We do have people from time to time to sing specials and we welcome it, some are contemporary songs that honor the Lord Jesus Christ and some are traditional songs that do the same.  We actively welcome visitors during our worship service with extended hands and fellowship.  We have expository preaching of the Gospel based on the Holy Scriptures ending with an invitation for those that want to be saved or for those that just want to spend time in prayer before the Lord.  We are known as a praying church and a church that serves to meet the needs of our members and others.  We invite you to come and join us each Sunday with Sunday School beginning at 9:45 a.m. and Worship beginning at 11:00 a.m.   Sunday night Bible Study begins at 6:00 p.m.  Wednesday nights, we have Kids4Truth for our children and youth beginning at 6:30 p.m.  We invite and welcome you to come and join us as we worship the one True God, the creator and sustainer of life who gave His Son, Jesus Christ, as our Redeemer by dying on the cross for our sins, was buried and rose the third day to have complete victory over sin.  -Weida Woodruff
